Recipes can be found scattered throughout Appalachia, both in containers and out in the open, usually found in kitchens and camping areas. Recipes are items in Fallout 76 that, when used, unlock the ability to craft consumable items.
These cover most components of the game, including items, chests, monsters, structures, potions, enchantments, etc. When you open a Lucky Block, it will randomly choose one of over 100 possible outcomes.
